Return policy

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unused and in its original packaging.

A return fee of 5€ will be deducted to cover the return label.


How do I file a claim for a defective product?

If you wish to make a claim regarding a defective product, please email the following information to info@clipscurls.com

  • Subject line: Your order number

  • Photo: Clear images of the visible damage

  • If the damage is not visible, please provide a short video or a written description of the issue

We will review your case and respond as soon as possible.


Returns, Exchanges & Claims

We comply with applicable distance selling regulations in accordance with consumer protection laws.

You have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product (does not apply to custom-made products).

If you can demonstrate that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will, where possible, replace it with a new identical product. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

  • As a consumer, you are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.

  • Please examine the product before removing seals, plastic coverings, or tags.
